Enjoying the course but very unhappy about the time table and all the two hour breaks!! Also thinking about a topic for all the assignments.. eg making a toy came up with this great story combining book where you can mix and match different childrens story's.

Unwell..

Although I have been unwell these last couple of days I have succeeded to get on with a couple of things... for example starting Andy's essay and just general sorting out my files and lecture/seminar work.

I am struggling to think of ideas on our new assignment.. Although the idea of making an art project is ideal for my creative side.

Initially we came together as a group and decided to use Rob Brydon as a subject because we feel hes someone we could discuss as a group that would interest most audiences. We then individually split up and did a seperate search to find the best websites and best information possible on the chosen subject. After returning our results to the group we collectively decided that there were a few sites that stood out from the others ( BBC, Wikipedia and IMDB) but that the Wikipedia site was the one that contained the most sufficient information. To make sure that the website was valid and the information was correct we used site colon and also checked the information with other websites. We found that the wikipedia website was very useful and also had categorized all the information efficiently, it also had more indepth information on all aspects of Rob Brydon's life.

Hello...

My name is Sam Crowley, I was born in the dark depths of Carshalton hospital and was brought into the dark disturbed world of London, Wimbledon. Luckily I hav'ent spent all my youth in Wimbledon and moved to Wales when I was just three years old. Of course by now I consider myself a proud Welshman and have lived in the same house in Swansea for the last 17 years with my family (Mum, Dad, Ellie, Lizzie, Tom and pet dog Zack). From the age of 5 years old I have been a fluent Welsh speaker and have always recieved my education through the medium of Welsh, from Primary school through to comprehensive and the back working in a Welsh primary school. Since finshing school I have been lucky enough to expierience several different working enviroments, from dressing up in an elephant costume and dancing around on stage to standing next to Liam Neeson as an extra in a blockbuster film. I have also had the opportunity to work with children in an after school club and as an LSA over a 10 month period, these expieriences have helped me decide that I want to go into the world of Education and hope to become a Primary School Teacher. Therefore I enrolled on the Education Studies course this September hoping to achieve a degree which will contribute massively to my PGCE application!!
